Step 1: Initial Diagnostics

• Once your vehicle is in our workshop, we perform a computerised diagnostic test to check for any faults related to the engine or other auxiliary components.

• A full diagnostic report can be provided upon request.

Step 2: Engine Removal & Inspection

• The engine is removed and stripped down for a detailed assessment and diagnostics.

 

Turnaround Time

Estimated completion: 10 - 14 working days (Subject to parts availability).
Regular updates provided  Call us anytime for a progress update. We will also update you with where we are.

 

What Does the Reconditioning Include?

Complete Engine Strip Down & Cleaning
Full Head Gasket Replacement
Cylinder Head Inspection, Pressure Testing & Resurfacing
New Timing Chain / Timing Belt Replacement
Piston Rings Replacement
Main & Big End Bearings Replacement
Reconditioned Oil Pump (Extra charge applies if replacement is required)
New/Re-Faced Valves Vacuum Tested
Camshaft Wear Inspection & Polishing (If Required)
Full Engine Reassembly with New Gaskets & Seals

Warranty: 12 Months or 12,000 Miles (Parts & Labour)

 

               Additional Work & Authorisation

The listed price is based on the assumption that you provide a serviceable exchange unit, which must include the crankshaft, cylinder head, and engine block. This price covers only the bare engine rebuild and is subject to change based on the condition of the provided unit and the existing auxiliary parts of your engine will be put back once the engine is rebuilt.

 

 Any additional parts required will be charged separately, but NO extra labour costs will be added during the rebuild.  We will only go ahead if you give us authorisation.
